LEAP goes on the road
LEAP has launched a series of roadshows which has seen them out and about in the Lambeth community meeting local families.
The idea of the roadshow is to create positive engagement through music, food, conversation and bridge the information gap for families to find out about the services LEAP offer, as well as health and nutrition tips for early years children and the chance to meet the team. So far, LEAP has visited Angell Town Football Pitch, St Matthews Estate Community Centre and Grove Adventure Playground.

LEAP Community Engagement Officer Jonathan Palma said: “The team have really enjoyed getting out and about into the heart of the community, meeting new people and working with other community organisations. The interactions have been really positive and we hope to see more people at the next events”.
So far over 150 people have attended the last three roadshows. The next LEAP roadshows will take place:
Lansdowne School (SEND Event): Friday 26th July
St Martins Community Hall: Saturday 10th August
Myatts Field South Community Hall: Saturday 7th Sept
