Lambeth Parent Champions

Make a difference in your community as a volunteer

Could you support parents in Lambeth for a couple of hours a week?

Lambeth Parent Champions are parent volunteers who give their time to talk to other parents about local services available to families.

Are you a parent or carer who:

•    lives in Lambeth?
•    has a child under five?
•    enjoys meeting other parents and carers?
•    is looking for a flexible role that fits around your family and commitments?

Your experience and knowledge can really help other parents in Lambeth find out about childcare and local family services.

Use the link below to find out more and register your interest. You'll be given training and supported in your role as a volunteer.

The next Parent Champion training sessions run in May and June as follows:

Brixton/Tulse Hill area. Starts on Wednesday 1st May and will run weekly on Wednesdays from 1-3pm over 4 sessions. The final session will take place on 22nd May.

North Lambeth. Starts on Thursday 6th June and will run weekly on Thursdays from 10-12pm over 4 sessions. The final session will take place on 27th June.

A creche is provided at training sessions.
